Defense Unicorns has been selected by the U.S. Navy to help test a new approach to delivering software to ships. As reported by Breaking Defense, the effort focuses on containerized prototypes designed to get secure, mission-ready software into operational environments faster.
“This is about getting real capabilities into the hands of the warfighter faster — not in months or years, but when they actually need them. That speed is what wins,” said CEO Robert Slaughter.
It’s a step toward making software delivery to the fleet as resilient, repeatable, and scalable as the mission demands.
